Ten more repos from this week's GitHub trending lists that a solo founder can actually use. Get found in search, catch bugs before customers do, run your agents from your phone, and hand off the sales and finance work.
I read GitHub's weekly, daily and monthly trending lists and Trendshift's, skipped anything already in Vol. 1 or my Top 11 skill repos, and wrote up the ten that help you build a business. Every repo is open source. One email unlocks the page, and every other guide on the site.
Click a row for what it does and how I'd use it, or go straight to the repo.
Every one of these is free, and every one of them can eat a week. The founders who win pick one, point it at a customer problem, and ship.
I'm building a place where you learn to build with tools like these on your own, and sell what you make, with a CTO who's built two seven-figure software companies in your corner.
Pick One. Ship It.
Free to join the waitlist. Opens at $49/mo, and the price goes up as seats fill, so first in pays the least.
▶ AgriciDaniel/claude-seo · Python · MIT
Most founders find out their SEO is broken months after launch, when the traffic never shows up. Claude SEO is a free plugin that audits any website from inside Claude Code: technical SEO, content quality, structured data, local and e-commerce, and how likely AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews are to cite you. It hands back an action plan sorted by what matters most.
Specialist agents, with up to 17 working on your site at the same time.
Report formats you keep: Markdown, PDF and JSON.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Run /seo audit on your own homepage, and fix the top three items before you write another blog post.
“Give it any website and it runs a full SEO audit in 10 to 15 minutes, then hands you a clear action plan, sorted by what matters most.”From The README

▶ tester-army/e2e · TypeScript · Apache-2.0
Solo founders rarely write end-to-end tests, so customers find the broken checkout for them. e2e lets you write a test the way you'd describe it to a person: open billing, upgrade to Pro, check the invoice shows a prorated amount. An agent drives your web or mobile app to do it. Once a run passes, the next one replays the recorded steps with no model calls until your app changes.
Example projects with a passing suite, from Next.js and Astro to SwiftUI, Flutter and Expo.
Browsers through Playwright: Chromium, Firefox and WebKit.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Write one test for the path that makes you money: sign up, pay, and see the thing you paid for.
“Describe a goal in natural language and an agent drives the app to reach it.”From The README
▶ thedotmack/claude-mem · TypeScript · Apache-2.0
Every new session, your agent starts from zero, and you spend the start of it re-explaining the project. Claude-Mem hooks into Claude Code, records what the agent does, compresses it into summaries, and feeds the relevant parts back when the next session starts. It also installs into OpenCode, T3 Code, Antigravity and other agent apps.
MCP search tools for asking about past work in plain English.
A SQLite database and a web viewer on your own machine.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026, the most on this list.
Install it on the project you work on most, and see what it remembers on Monday morning.
“Context from previous sessions will automatically appear in new sessions.”From The README
npx claude-mem install
▶ pingdotgg/t3code · TypeScript · MIT
Your agent stops to ask a question, and you're at lunch. T3 Code, from Theo Browne's team at Ping, is a free, open-source control surface for the coding agents already on your computer. It runs a small server on your machine and gives you a desktop app, a web app and phone apps, so you can answer, approve and keep the work moving from anywhere.
What they're selling you. The README's answer is “Nothing.”
Ways in: desktop, web, iOS and Android.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Start a long task before you leave the desk, and approve its next step from your phone.
“Nothing. We built T3 Code because we wanted the best possible development experience with agents.”From The README
▶ anomalyco/hex · Rust · MIT
Talking is faster than typing, and agents do better with the extra detail you say out loud. Hex is local voice dictation for Mac, Windows and Linux: hold a shortcut, speak, let go, and the text pastes into whatever app you're in. It comes from anomalyco, the same GitHub org as OpenCode, and after the first model download nothing leaves your machine.
Desktop platforms: macOS on Apple silicon, Windows and Linux.
Transcription, on your device, after a one-time model download.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Dictate your next three prompts instead of typing them, and say twice as much as you normally would.
“Hold a key, speak, and it pastes.”From The README
brew install --cask anomalyco/tap/hex
▶ D4Vinci/Scrapling · Python · BSD-3-Clause
Competitor prices, directory listings, job boards, public product catalogs: half of market research is copying data off websites. Scrapling is a Python scraping framework that covers all of it, from one quick request to a full crawl with sessions, retries and exports. Your agent can use it directly through its MCP server and Agent Skill, and pull a whole site down as clean Markdown.
A ready-made spider that collects products from public Shopify stores.
Stop a long crawl with Ctrl+C and pick it up where it left off.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Scrape your three closest competitors' pricing pages into a CSV, and run it again next month.
“From extracting a few fields to collecting a whole website as clean Markdown, Scrapling covers the full scraping workflow.”From The README
pip install scrapling
▶ edenfunf/reelmimic · JavaScript · MIT
You've seen an animated explainer that works, and you want one like it for your launch. Drop the video into ReelMimic (a file, a phone recording or a YouTube link) and say what you want to make. It breaks the reference down into shots, timing, transitions, colors and camera moves, shows you a plan, then has your own Claude Code or Codex make a new video in that style. Its motion-graphics engine is built on HyperFrames, from Vol. 1.
Drawing engines, from motion graphics and watercolor to pixel art and anime cel.
To make a 30 to 60 second video, once you approve the plan.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026. The count was reset to zero on Oct 20.
Pick the best animated explainer in your niche and make a 30-second version for your product.
“Show it a video you love. Get a new video in the same style.”From The README
git clone https://github.com/edenfunf/reelmimic.git && cd reelmimic && ./install.sh
▶ anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins · Python · Apache-2.0
You're also the sales team, the marketer and the bookkeeper. These are Anthropic's own plugins for that work, built for Claude Cowork and compatible with Claude Code. Each one bundles the skills, connectors and slash commands for one job: research a prospect and prep the call, plan a campaign, reconcile accounts, review a contract. The small-business plugin puts the lot behind plain English.
Plugins Anthropic open-sourced from its own work, with more in the repo.
Connectors for tools you already use, like HubSpot, Slack and Notion.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Install the small-business plugin and ask it who owes you money.

▶ Nutlope/hallmark · CSS · MIT
Visitors can spot an AI-built landing page in a second, and it makes you look like everyone else. Hallmark, made by Together AI, is a design skill that refuses to ship that look. It deals three themes from a catalog of fifty, builds the page around what the visitor came to do, then checks the result in a real browser at eight widths. It can also redesign or audit a page you already have.
Screen widths every page is checked at before it ships.
Openly licensed photos, credited on the page.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026, this week's No.1 trending repo.
Run /hallmark audit on your landing page, and fix whatever it says gives you away.
“Hallmark holds a hard floor and then gets out of the way.”From The README
npx skills add nutlope/hallmark -g
▶ earthtojake/text-to-cad · Python · MIT
If your product is a physical thing, the first prototype usually means paying someone to draw it. text-to-cad lets your agent design it instead: it writes each part as a Python script, builds the 3D model, shows it in a viewer and exports STEP, STL, 3MF or GLB. Other skills check the part can actually be made, draw dimensioned engineering drawings, and send files to SendCutSend or a Bambu Lab printer.
Export formats: STEP, STL, 3MF and GLB.
Install script, which sets it up in every agent app on your computer.
GitHub stars on Nov 3, 2026.
Describe a simple bracket or enclosure for your product, and 3D print the first version.
“Design physical products with AI.”From The README

Some of this week's biggest climbers I've already written up. The rest are good projects that won't help you build a business. Here's what I skipped, and why.
Anybody can build software now. Not everybody can build a business.
Ten new repos a week is a great way to feel busy. The Lab is for Founders who'd rather get customers: weekly office hours with a CTO who's built two seven-figure software companies, and a room of other Founders who care whether anybody buys what you're making.
Less Theater. More Customers.
Want my 30-Day Launch Plan? It's for Lab members only: validate, plan, build and launch, one week at a time.
